Holly is the President of the Connecticut Citizens Defense League. The CCDL has recently filed a federal civil rights action against the Police Chiefs of Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport and Waterbury to stop what they say is a blatant attempt to violate CCDL members’ right to keep and bear arms.
