Starting with Waterbury Alderman Vernon Matthews Jr., a discussion was held on today’s show over the problems and responsibilities over reported issues in an apartment in the Berkeley Heights complex, which included Maureen Vogel, the Executive Director of the Waterbury Housing Authority, Chris D’Orso, Deputy Director of Public Housing and Alderman, Mayor Neil O’Leary (who’s comments, unfortunately were not recorded completely and are cut short in the below audio) and Ginnie-Rae Clay, President of the Waterbury chapter of the NAACP.
