Kim Bianca Williams

Kim Bianca is a Senior Consultant for VCL Consulting Group, Inc. and the author and facilitator of SEAT, a program designed to train and equip residents from minority neighborhoods for board service to community-based nonprofit organizations.

She was also joined by Wendy Tyson Wood from the Greater Waterbury NAACP and Andrew Beamon, the nephew of the late Waterbury resident Sam Beamon to talk about the events scheduled for this weekend to honor Sam’s memory and incredible service to the community and the city.
