Joe is the Executive Director and CEO of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities. He is also a member of the CCM’s American Relief Plan’s Advisory Service Committee, that is bringing together many of the stakeholders in the state to discuss the strategy to spend the hundreds of millions of dollars the state and municipalities are getting from the Federal government.
